I’m looking for a function to pixellate an image using OpenCV Python. For instance, I have an image like this :

I would like to pixellate it using the function pixellate(src, dst, None, args), where

“args” would be the scaling factor,
“dst” the destination image,
“src” the source image.

So I want something like this :
scaled = pixellate(src, dst, -1, args)

I couldn’t find a proper python function to do that. Anybody has an idea?
