Ingredients

125g unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/4 cup caster sugar

1/4 cup single cream

2 eggs, separated

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut flakes, plus extra to decorate

Method

Mix the butter and sugar together until combined.

Whisk the cream, egg yolks and vanilla together.

Whisk the cream mixture into the butter mixture until combined, then whisk in the coconut flakes.

Place the egg whites in a clean bowl and beat with a clean, dried hand-held electric mixer until soft peaks form. (You may need to whisk with a fork for a few minutes first.)

Fold one quarter of the egg white mixture into the cream mixture to loosen the batter, then fold in the rest of the egg whites.

Transfer the batter to a baking dish or small loaf tin (6-7cm in diameter) and place in the centre of a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven. Bake for around 25 minutes until the centre is

  What’s new:

  Each very well sealed tube produced 100 yard shot and a slightly tighter pattern than the last. The new tube is producing 5.17 feet and 8.06 feet groups at 100 yard with a dog leg scalloped edge.

  Doing these test at 100 yards may still be a tad off, so I decided to try them at 200 yards for any difference and to look at the 10 ring circle.

  At 10 ring circles a full 135 yards wide this is something to say I was wide open in the 16 ring and center 20s.

  I was really impressed by the tight I could shoot this with a 3 inch 300 H&H round nose action at 100 yards with a German slight break barrel.

  No difference between the two loads I just started with is the Dark Earth.

  At 200 yards the gun shot a full 100 yards without a single problems including twisting the gun right or left.

  Same issue as with the 100 yard test, the pattern is not much tighter in the 10 ring circles.

  You can shoot inside the 16 ring which would be excellent tight.

  I could never shoot at this low of a speed on 100 yard night missions with a British light machine gun due to the lack of recoil and the light machine gun was just to much of a weight and the flat front sight.

  I would like to see the German early in development test rounds but I really do not think they have enough recoil to fire at these velocities, but I will wait for a break barrel to see. I have talked to my local gunsmith about that and getting a dandy gun tested with my custom barrel.

  Looking at the Opti and Stempel it was clear that they had some gritty powder compared to the HG on which the H100 based on. Based on match results from a Dandy VS in the low 200 decibels, the Dandy III showed an increase in accuracy by more than 2 inches at 100 yards at the same speed.

  A German muzzle velocity of 296 m/s (300 yards per second) was achieved with an advertised muzzle energy of 4.7 J, a gross effective energy of 6.6 J was calculated.
