It adds saturation to the incoming audio, harmonics and octaves and drives the incoming audio to more compressed audio where there is less noticeable distortion. Effects include Bright, Glass, Crunch, Sizzling, Pink, Tremulous, and Warm. An additional effect is the Clean, which removes the saturation and harmonics from the processed audio. This plugin makes TesslaSE work great with any of TesslaMusic’s plugins. It also works with a great amount of third party plugins such as AU3, UVI Workstation, UVI Workstation Carbon, UVI Workstation Pro, Kontakt Player, KinDk, Final Draft Audio, vST 2, and VST 3.
TesslaSE combines TesslaMusic’s hit saturation plugin TesslaSonic, with a a host of saturated/saturated VSTs plugins from TesslaMusic.
Separate the desired effect from the input audio. TesslaSE also includes some of TesslaMusic’s multi-band spectrum analyzer plugins.

TesslaSE — is a tool for increasing or reducing the level and color of the sound in a rhythmical way.
TesslaSE features an adjustable analog oscillator with different wave forms, a sequencer with timing and key-based playback, a LFO, filters, an optional ADSR envelope, and a stereo output for plug-ins.
Sound manipulation is done by the user-selectable 12 different algorithms to apply the different effects.
TesslaSE is controlled by MIDI in and out, a mixer channel for adjusting the individual parameters is available as well.

TesslaSE was designed for use as a dynamics plugin (using VST as only runtime).
This is done by using many “filtering” plugins and linking them to the VST effects.
This is done using 64bit, the plugin uses the standard 32bit VST/AU plug-in environment.

VST Plugin Performance
The performance of the TesslaSE is very good.
Normal ~8-bit~16-bit audio will saturate (noise gate).
It is also possible to use multi-channel audio.
For this setup you need to place the plugin in the mixer.
If you are using a stereo device (e.g. Sony headphones) there is only one channel.
This channel is used by the plugin.
If you place the plugin in the effects section it will work even if you have only mono audio.
TesslaSE performance is very good (~12-16Bit~44.1kHz).

TesslaSE GUI
You can use the GUI from any VST/AU window (DirectX, Visual Studio, Realtime-VST,…).
Open the plugin properties dialog and follow the instructions in the manual.
The plugin preferences dialog is not used for setting parameters.

Tessla SE VST is a new plugin designed for most of the leading DAWs. It can be used by (dry) track processing, FX chain, monitoring (or any other application where the audio input needs to be processed).
