In this paper, we propose a Deep-supervised GAN model to address this problem. The proposed model consists of three parts: a generator, a discriminator, and a process for the generator to train itself. While the generator is trained with a process of trying to generate high-quality image samples, the discriminator is supposed to distinguish the synthesized images from real images. A soft-weighted loss function, aimed at balancing the optimization of the generator and the discriminator, is presented.
