you may choose to offer, and charge a fee for, warranty, support, indemnity, or liability obligations to one or more recipients of covered software. however, you may do so only on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any contributor. you must make it absolutely clear that any such warranty, support, indemnity, or liability obligation is offered by you alone, and you hereby agree to indemnify every contributor for any liability incurred by such contributor as a result of warranty, support, indemnity, or liability terms you offer. you may include the text of this license with each copy of the covered software or collective works you distribute.

a) in any project or product created by you, to copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of your project or product, provided that your project or product is incompatible with secondary licenses and that the action is governed by the terms of this license; and

this license is a legal, binding, and complete agreement between you and ocommunity, inc. it encompasses your rights and obligations and the ocommunity, inc.’s rights and obligations with respect to the ocommunity suite of products.
you may not offer or impose any terms on the ocommunity suite of products that alter or restrict this license or the recipients’ rights hereunder, nor may you impose any terms on the ocommunity suite of products that alter the applicable mandatory federal and state laws and regulations. you may distribute the ocommunity suite of products with a notice of copyright, but in no other way may you distribute the ocommunity suite of products as a license.
notwithstanding the foregoing, you may (a) reproduce and distribute the ocommunity suite of products; and (b) create derivative works of the ocommunity suite of products, in each case solely to the extent such activities do not violate applicable mandatory federal and state laws and regulations.
this license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term hereof. however, if you become compliant, then the rights granted to you by a particular contributor under this license are reinstated on an ongoing basis if such contributor notifies you of the non-compliance by some reasonable means, this is the first time you have received notice of non-compliance with this license from such contributor, and you become compliant prior to 30 days after your receipt of the notice.
