I am writing a letter. I want to give a list of some points which I think is most important.
I wrote “First, let’s discuss the amount.”.
Which sounds more natural – “First, let’s discuss that amount.” or “First, let’s discuss which amount.”

I think “which” is preferred as it implies something more than just the one possible subject. (There is no ambiguity here: “that” would imply it is only one possible subject, “which” would imply it is one of several.)
