Reason for creating:
I am not a programer, I do not know what is the same and what is different, I had to find out myself.
How I found it out, is searching for an IRC client. I came across some Delphi and C# application, they all look the same. So I can understand why they look the same, they are both simple service which runs in background of your PC.
I just wonder, if there is any other programing language I can code in to make a simple service like that. I didn’t find any.
I was searching and finally found out that Delphi and C# is very similar in programming language structure. I don’t know if any other language can be coded in to make a simple service like that.
When I saw that there is no good answer, I decided to make an answer.
