I.N.A.G.E. is a strategy and simulation game for PC, where you build your own empire, explore and exploit alien worlds, colonize them and develop them. “I” stands for Infrastructure, “N” for Network, “A” for Advanced, “G” for Galactic Expansion, and “E” for Environment/Planet Management.
In short, I.N.A.G.E. uses a world map, a rule set and a universe/galaxy map in the form of hexagons to simulate the exploration, expansion, colonization and discovery of space-travel.
You start out on your own planet and it’s up to you to create and populate the surrounding region of space. You are able to explore other worlds from the region and establish trade routes with them. Your goal is to colonize them, explore them, colonize them more thoroughly and gather resources and technologies and expand your influence outwards.
For this purpose, I.N.A.G.E. uses the rule set of a civ-inspired game. You start in a pre-defined level of technology which allows you to research technologies and build buildings. Just like in Civ, you have military and production buildings that expand your network, start construction of space stations and ships, and develop your capabilities. But unlike Civ, I.N.A.G.E. also has scientific buildings, for example a propulsion technology allows you to travel to other worlds and colonize them.
Some worlds are more suitable to be colonized by only one or two races, while others are easier for several races to co-exist. So you are free to move your settlements around, swap people from planet to planet, and even change the color of your planet to match your faction.
You are also given the freedom to develop and design your planet as you see fit. And it’s done very well. I’ve seen planetary features like natural lava tubes, lunar and galactic elevators, and mountains of planet rock on planets that were once part of a fully functioning planet. The amount of detail is quite impressive, especially when combined with the graphics.
I.N.A.G.E. is not only about exploration and colonization and gathering resources, it’s also about developing technologies and building colonies in space. The game opens up quite early on, but you can decide later on to invest your production and research points in certain

The game starts off in a normal graveyard. There is no story to speak of. Anyway the game is about you playing as The Reaper ( The Boy)
As The Reaper, its your job to go and take out a fresh crop of “dead souls” The game is divided into two large gameworlds: the cemetery and the mines. The cemetery is where you find your surroundings, the demons and your apparent goal. You are taking control of The Reaper and as The Reaper you are free to move about the graveyard without fear of hurting yourself. The mines are where you find your true enemies. In the mines you have to be very careful, because if one of the demons attacks you, you are dead. The demons (hellhounds in this case) will try to attack you from inside the walls of the mines. This is a very good thing. The idea behind it is that these demons are more powerful than the necromorphs (the main bad guys in the game) even from outside the prisons. The necromorphs are controllable the majority of the time but they are weak to a shotgun, you need to approach them from behind. The demons are strong against the shotgun, but you are lucky because you can pick up a shotgun from one of the enemies. Each key is a shotgun charge. All the shotgun charges are obtained by killing demons, some of them will drop them by normal gun fights.
From my other review of the game this is a one of the best horror games out there, if not the best. The only things I liked about this game more than the original was the short length, and the original did suffer from not being enough content. With this game the story is still good but it gets cut short to the point where the story is all over in under two hours. If you enjoyed the original, you will want to play this game for sure. As The Reaper, your job is to go and collect the fresh dead souls. The only problem is that the mines are full of demons. There are three types of demons. Normal demons can be killed with guns or by headshots. Hellhounds demons are the big problem. They are very strong and quickly revive when you hit them. You can only kill them with the shotgun. They can be found when you have enough “Reaper Score” to gain access to the mines, you basically stumble upon a hellhound when you kill a demon but the ghosts that are roaming the cemetery have no effect on the hell
