Photoshop continues to be the industry standard for photoshop for images, and it’s the ideal program to learn.

Requirements

A computer that runs Windows operating system version 7 or higher.

Procedure

In this tutorial, we will demonstrate installing Photoshop on the Windows computer, adding new documents and changing file extensions.

Step 1: Download and extract the disk image

First, download the Photoshop Elements 2019 application from this link: Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 (Windows 32 bit/64 bit), then extract the disk image to a folder on the computer.

Step 2: Run Photoshop Elements

Open up the folder containing the disk image you downloaded, double-click on the PhotoshopElements.msi installer program. Use the instructions included with the disk image for running the program.

Step 3: Change the default application for opening files

Open up the Windows Control Panel. Click on the “Start menu” in the top left corner. Open the “Programs” menu. Scroll down to “Default Programs.” Click on “Change.” Click “Set up a new program” or “Change your programs.” Click the “Change settings for” button, and choose which program you want to use. Use “PDF creator” or “Document viewer” as examples.

Step 4: Change file extensions in programs

Open up the Windows Control Panel. Go to “File” and choose “Open with.” Choose Photoshop Elements 2019 and click on the “Change” button.

Step 5: Set up a new document

Click on the “File” icon. Click on “New.” Name the document “sample.psd.” Type in a new document. Click the “Save” button.

Step 6: Change image file extensions

Open up the Windows Control Panel. Go to “File” and choose “Open with.” Choose “Edit image file” and click on the “Change” button. Check “change file extension if needed.” Browse to the location where you extracted the disk image you downloaded.

This will open Photoshop Elements. Open the “Open File” dialog box. Go to “Browse for Folder.” Browse to the main folder of the disk

I think from another point of view, while AM’s are fun to use, they have a nice advantage for weapon balancing. By creating an AM, you basically force yourself to be very familiar with it, and if it is currently balanced, it is because you have the best idea how to play it.

I think it is a net benefit because you start leveling up with it at every tier, and maybe later learn how to play other AMs. Maybe some AMs are too strong, but at least you already know how to play, and if you play it like you already know it, you might be successful to get a more balanced weapon, even though you dont have the strength to use that weapon. Maybe AMs get out of balance over time, just like other weapons, but if you continue playing, you might learn about it and try to get a balance between many different AMs.

So imho its a net benefit, because a large amount of players get to try out all AMs and the potential for balancing AMs is high. If you really want to change them, then you know that you have to play them for a lot of tiers, which is really testing the balance and could even harm it, but if you decide to do so, you could potentially make a really amazing AM.

I also believe the same. In just the same way as you mentioned it, the AM concept is a net benefit for the game. Some weapons are overpowered in terms of damage and range, and others are too weak. In GW2, skill is also an important factor. Skill is the main thing that hinders weapon-balance. Try to play AMs with the worst skill levels possible, and I’m sure you’ll see that the different AMs have different balances.

Like you also mentioned, the AM concept is the main part of the game. That is the part that players of GW2 need to get used to. If I ask you “what am I supposed to do with this weapon?”, you have to be able to
