Activation ReCap Pro 2017 Key

We have a full AEC Network License from which I use our copy of Recap. I recently decided to try out photo Recap as it would help to integrate. I’m trying to install Recap using its web interface but I can’t find any.
Instead, I just get a “Load Failed” message and a page that says I don’t have a license.
What should I do?
I have already reinstalled Recap and reinstalled it.
I know they don’t update the web client, but I only need the web versions.
I just installed and enabled Recap as shown in the guide here.
Is there a reason why I can’t just get it to work?
